Case Coordinators
Care Coordinators are there to handle behavior problems caused by neglect, school peer pressure or other negative influences. They have the passion, vision and expertise needed to help give a child a second chance.
House Managers
House Managers are responsible for oversight and organization of homes with young people ages 6-18 living in each house. They provide a disciplined yet loving home setting for youth and supervise Teaching Assistants assigned to the residence.
Executive Staff
Our executive staff manage work daily to to improve the lives of children and families in Kansas, with a focus on children at risk in Douglas County and northeast Kansas.
Maintenance Staff
Maintenance Staff help with the day to day activities at the ranch.
Teaching Assistant
Full-time positions available at an Emergency Shelter/Youth Residential Center II. Positions available on 6 AM-2 PM, 2 PM-10 PM , and 10 PM-6 AM shifts. Candidates will share responsibility for care and supervision of up to 14 adolescents when the facility is at full capacity. Due to licensing requirements, youth care workers must be at least 21 years old. Applicants must also have at least a high school diploma or GED, have a valid driver’s license, be able to pass background checks including a national fingerprint-based records check, and have at least one year of experience working with adolescents in a residential setting, or as a para-educator, or in a related field. Minimum starting wage is $14. Medical and dental benefits available for full-time positions.
